Hi All,
I recently got my H1B approved and my attorney filed an Amendment for a change of location under normal processing which is currently pending with USCIS.
I am traveling by Dec and I already booked my interview with my country Embassy for stamping my former H1B on my passport before the new H-1B amendment was filed.
Question:
Can I still proceed to travel in December even with my H-1B amendment still pending.
Will I be at any risk if I do so? Although I have the receipt notice of the H-1B amendment with me.
Note: I currently don’t have the approved H1B stamped on my passport because I was formerly on F1 visa which already expired.
