Hi,
I am on a H1b visa. My present employer was giving me real hard time for the past one month and not able to tolerate the employer, i voluntarily quit my job.Now i am trying to find a new employer.The thing is they say, we have 2 months of time before someone losses the status. How does it work?? can i take the full 2 months time to find a employer or i have to find a employer/sponsor ASAP.... please advise what i have to do in this situation? i have an approved I-140 also??
