Dear Senior members,
My H1b expires in aug 2012.I am working in Research and have completed my M.Sc from India.
I want to apply for Green Card in NIW and would like to know how late I can apply as I am waitining for some research publications and abstracts.
If I NIW processining does not get completed by aug 2012, would i be eligible to work till I receive verdict from USCIS on my NIW application.
I worked for 3 years on L1b for Employer A & I am working on H1b for Eployer B now. Would I be getting further extension on H1B or not?
