Missed Biometric appointment for dependents
Hello All, I need advise on my situation about my dependent's H4 visa. I applied for my H1 B and H4 extenstion together when we were in US. And then we came back to India after receiving the receipt notice. However, we missed the appointment for Biometrics for dependents. This is a new process that dependents need to appear for biometrics in consulate office for h4 extension. I am seeking advise on what are my options now to make sure both H4 and H1 B get processed without any problem. Do I need to withdraw H4 application? How can we do that? Thank you.
