My Visa and i94 both expire on Dec28th. I am right now in india for my visa interview which was originally scheduled for Dec12. Due to a medical situation I failed to make it to the fingerprints appointment and my visa appointment also got cancelled. The earliest available date in Hyderabad for an appointment is January 21st and given that my visa/i94 expire on the 28th of Dec, what will be my situation with my employer in the US ? Can I continue to receive my pay ?
