Do i need restamping for same employer but recently acquired by different company?

Hi All,

I appreciate all your valuable input and help here!

My current situation:

I have a valid VISA stamping till 2021 with Employer A , and i797 & last 6 month Payslip also with the same Employer A. But recently Employer A acquired by Employer B (Fortune 500 companies).
I am visiting India on December 2019 and planning to back on January 2019 (total 4 weeks).

Do i need to get Visa Stamping for Employer B? will there be any issue on POE and what are the supportive documents can help?
