Drop Box Visa for H1B - Other Approved except wife

Hi All,

Had been to chennai VFS office for drop box for my dependant kids , wife and myself on 29th November 2019. Today got the status in caec website changed to issued for my kids and myself. However my wife status still shows as Administrative Processing.

Has anyone else faced a similar issue in their case. if yes, how long did it take for dependent visa to get approved.
