H4: Travel with old H4 stamp and new i797?

My wife is in India, and she has H4 visa valid until july 2021. I changed jobs last month and have a new i797. Attorneys did not apply for H4 because she is out of country. Can my wife travel to US with the previous employer H4 visa and new employer i797 notice? Or does she have to go for interview?

as for my I485 I received a letter for evidence

I submitted the evidence but no response till 60days

what you think guys how long I need to wait.
