Hello,
I'm currently in US with an employer on L1b. A company in Canada sponsored me a Canadian work permit which I have on my passport now. For some reason, the company now has decided to not offer the position any more. I'm now in a peculiar situation, I have an L1b, my US company will keep filing for h1b, but lets say I get an H1b, will USCIS have any issues with my passport having a valid canadian work visa?
