    please advise on H1 transfer

    Hello,

    My wife would like to transfer H1b from company a to company b.

    Her current work place is c and company b is sitting in middle.

    Company b is willing but today they found out there is an aggreement between a and b as copied below

    Code:
    Section X of the agreement between 'a' and 'b' states that we can NOT hire their employee without written permission.
    Reason why wife is moving from a to b is better work environment and higher pay rate as well.

    Can someone please advise?

      I wonder if there would be any logical reason why company 'a' would not let company 'b' hire one of their own h1b employees
