H1b job offer private attorney question!!

I have a job offer from an employer which is a private company. They are ready to give me a good salary and also pay for my h1b visa. The problem is that they dont have a inhouse attorney and want me to find an immigration attorney who can submit the h1b trasnfer for me.
I am not sure if I can legally look for a attorney myself to file for h1b
