Where can i apply for h4 visa?mumbai or delhi?

I am getting married in rajasthan but my fiance is from mumbai. So would i have to apply for h4 in delhi consulate? Or can i get it in mumbai? I would prefer mumbai..

Generally you should apply in the consulate that falls under your consular district (Where you have address proof for at least 6 months). Better to check with the VFS helpdesk.
