Mutiple H1B petitions by different employers for the same candidate

Hi,

For FY 2020-21, can multiple H1B petitions be filed (for the same beneficiary) by completely unrelated companies/employers who are willing to hire him/her (beneficiary) on H1B?

For Example: Let's say, I got 2 job offers from Google & Yahoo. Can both companies separately file 2 different H1B petitions for me?
