process after joining new job

hi all
my husband has got his i140 approved. but if he changes his job in next 2-3 months,
1.how it is going to impact gc application?

2.is it ok to do so, as then he is going to be in last year of 6 years period?

3.plz do tell the hurdles in this process, if there is job change.
