DS160 form for Canada ending up interview India

Friends,

I filled Ds160 for Canada but due to my circumstances I may need to go to India.

I have few doubts, your help will be appreciated.

1. Do I need to fill new DS160 again for India?
2. If I take interview date with Canada consulate but ending up in India where I dont need interview because I qualify for dropbox. What will happen to my appointment schedule. Can I cancel appointment and get my fees back?And use same DS160 and go to dropbox for submitting docs?
