Any GC impact after H1 transfer Denial

Hi,

i Am currently working with company A with I140 approved and waiting to file my 485.I got an offer from employer B who agreed to sponsor my H1and actually i got an RFE.

My question is say god forbid, i have a H1 denial with Employer B, would it have any impact on GC processing with employer A?

Then i don't know why, they have in the I-129 Application form the question
" Any Previous H1 Petitions Denials"

Wouldn't this influence the future H1 extensions or this is just FYI for USCIS?
