Minimum H1 petition duration to get H4 stamped

My wife H1 extension got denied so she is travelling to India. My H1 petition is valid until mid April 2020. I need to get her back on H4 based on my current H1 petition. That being said, I took her H4 stamping date and got 9th Feb appointment . Now I have couple ques:

1. Because time between 10^th Feb and Mid april is just around 2 months, do you expect any issue in her H4 stamping?
2. Do she need to carry my original H1 797 or just copy would suffice?
