Hi there,

I got my H1b visa in Oct 2019, I got it stamped also, which is valid till Sept 2022. I got layed off on Dec 9, 2019. My employer has sent revoke to USCIS. I still don't have not found new employer.
I want to know in which I am not out of status:

1. If LCA has been filed before Feb 10
2. H1b is filed before Feb 10
3. Got receipt by Feb 10 but not started working till transfer is done
4. Got receipt and started working before Feb 10

Also, should my new employer know that my visa was revoked?

797 validity is expired after waiting 3 month for 221g- new cap exempt H1B filing-
Need advice if someone has experienced the same ,Kindly help ..
My 797 validity is expired after waiting 3 month for 221g.
Now my company is going to file cap exempt H1B ext for same company client location.
Suppose If H1B ext is approved in premium then

1. can I go for stamping while current 221g is pending ? OR
2. if I will go they will give AGAIN 221g since for same company ,client and location one 221g is pending ?
3. withdrawing my 221g will be good ?
