Change of Office Address during H1B Filing
Hello,
I have a question regarding “Notice of Action I797A”. Although the approval letter was delivered to the new company address (1 ABC ST, Suite 123, New York, NY 10119) as updated by attorney with USCIS before approval, approval notice states the old address (2 XYZ ST, Suite 456, New York, NY 10121) in the petitioner section.
Will this be an issue during visa interview?
Also, H1-B petition was filed with salary $65,000 annually, whereas recently my salary was raised to $71,000 per annum. Will I need any additional documentation to justify the salary?
