I'm currently working in the US on my H1-B and my I-140 has been approved. I'm planning on going back to school and I was wondering if that is even possible. I have read a lot of forum responses on how it is difficult to get an F-1 because it is a non-immigrant visa and having an approved I-140 signifies a conflicting intent. I'm also aware that one can go back to school on H1-B with the employer's blessing but my intended field of study is unrelated to my current work, so it's unlikely. So what are my options? Please help.
