Currently I am working for a state university on H1B (non profit)
I am trying to find out how can I proceed to get an H1B which will enable me to work for profit organizations.
The problem here is I don't have CPT or OPT. So what can be done in this situation? Is there any way for me or the companies by which until I get profit H1 I can temporarily start working for them?
