I received 221(g) (white form) in 2018 when I was in India for my last visa stamping. The issues was cleared and I was granted my visa after 2 months without any additional information. How should I answer the question "Have you ever been refused a US visa?" in the DS-160? I am still with the same employer.
Separately, what is the likelihood that I may receive another 221(g) this time as well? I am still not sure why I received the form the last time. Thanks!
