Hello All,
I have a H-1 B Visa with a Consultant in USA and it is going to expire in June 2012. I relocated to India for family reason 2 months ago and my consultant didn't cancel my visa. I have got a offer here in India but it is onsite project in USA and I need to go to USA in a month. The company cannot sponsor my L-1 VISA as I should have atleast worked for one year for them. But they have a branch in USA and are willing to transfer my VISA. I cannot enter USA as my stamp is expired and I have to get restamped. I can't got for restamping as I don't have current paystubs and client letter. Can the new company apply for my transfer even if I am not in USA. Once I get the apporoval notice, I can go for stamping and enter USA. Let me know if it is feasible or if there is any other option. Your help is appreciated. Thank You.!!!
