I got my H1B stamped in Jan 2018 and is valid till Dec 2020. I left US in feb 2018 and moved to europe. My employer did not withdraw H1.
If I want to go back and work for same employer now, Can I use the same H1 or do I need to do something.
I have I-140 approved from same employer.
