Hi,
I used my login for applying H4 visa for my two kids and used Add name option I added also but payment page shows total fee is three including myself also.
So what i did login home page I overwrite my details with one of my kid details. It shows one pop up as " Entered details already have our database etc...." so I clicked confirm button in that pop up.
after clicked confirm page take me to upload your password with submit button.after clicked confirm left side menu not present only logout menu is present. I could not see my details. I uploaded my kid password and clicked submit button. it show message as " your upload was successful. you will be contacted by email once your request is approved like that" . Please help me if anyone facing this issue.
