  • H4 to H1B - need help

I got my H1B approved in 2008 it is valid till 2011.

Currently I am on H4 status. My employer says the amendment can be done

only if I get a job. And the recruiters ask for SSN which I don't have, so

trying for a job without SSN is quite risky.

And I think H1B transfer ,can't be done without paystubs?

Is there any way out from this? Can I apply for another H1B when I already

have one? Or is there any other way?

    Pleaseeeee help me out!

If you have never been on H1B, then transfer can be done without any pay slips. You can apply for a new H1b through another employer too.
Not a legal advice. Use of this information is strictly at your own risk.
