Scheduling visa appointment

Need clarification while booking the appointment on VFS website :

Ques : "Are you applying for same class of visa which is currently valid or has expired within past 12 months ?"

My details :

My visa on passport has been expired on 30Sep2008 and I am in USA since 2007. Now I got my I797 approved till June 2011.

For the above question what do I need to answer Yes or No ?
