VERY URGENT - Question regarding DS 160

Hi,

I am looking for H4 visa appointment for my wife at Hyderabad.
I have filled DS 160 couple of days back with interview location as Hyderabad. But now, I can't see any dates in Hyderabad and thinking of booking the appointment at either Chennai or Delhi. My question is: Do I need to change or submit a new DS 160 for this change of location (as my initial DS160 was filled with Hyderabad location)?
Please help.. This is very urgent.

Not required, according to a response from Hyderabad Us consulate guys to my friend recently.

In case of doubt, go ahead and fill it again.
