Spouse Name in the Passport for H4

Hi,
I am currently working in the united states under H1-B visa. I am getting married in a few weeks and planning to bring my wife under H-4 visa. She has an Indian passport already but does not have my name in the spouse details. Inorder to get the H-4 visa, is it required that my name is added to the spouse details in her passport?
If yes, can you please guide me for the same.
