Does H1B transfer get affected if my last few paystubs does not contain full salary?

I'm a Biomedical Engineer and I’m on H1B. Last December, my company that I worked for went on furlough. During this period I worked for 4 days each in Jan and Feb. Recently on Feb 27, they shut down all operations and terminated all employees. My boss sent an email saying that my H1B will be revoked as a result. I'm currently looking for an H1B transfer and I do not have full pay for Jan and Feb. Also, my company did not give me the LCA and I later found out in my I-129 that the pay they mentioned in the application is more than what I get as a salary. I want to know if this will affect my H1B transfer process and how can I avoid RFE or denial.
