H4 Approval notice : Class Type specified as H1B

Hi,

I recently got my H1B extended along with my wife's and Kids H4. The H4 approval notice (I539) has the class type specified as H1B.

She will be travelling to india on June 10th 2010 and i will be joining them in mid july. We will then have to get our visa stamped .

My question is
1) How long does to take to get this corrected if i send it to uscis?
3) Is this a long drawn out process like extension and stuff ?
2) Can this be done at any regional Uscis office?
3) Can she travel back to india with the current I94 on the approval notice?

Their travel date is in two weeks and I am a little worried about the situation. Can anybody help ?

Note : Every thing on my H1B approval notice looks good though !!

>>> If possible get an appointment at USCIS and walk-in to get this corrected. That would be faster than sending via mail.

>>> Travelling out of U.S will not be a problem as she will have to return her I-94 at the airport before she leaves. While returning back, she will enter in H4 which will put her back on H4 status.
