H-1B sponser company closed

I am in big dillema, my i-94 is still valid till 2011, while the company had been closed. Am I still eligible to find an another job in the US till the validity of i-94.

Yes. Find another sponser asap who can hold your h1b.

If you are not working anymore for the sponsor, you are out of status immediately. It does not matter when your I-94 was supposed to expire, as your authorized stay has ended the day you stopped working for them.
