H1B Fresh Cap approved from multiple employers, next steps

Hi Guys,

My friend has filled H1B Cap 2021 from multiple non related employers and he got selected in the lottery from two different employers(non related entity). Can he now file petitions from both employers( since there is no gurantee it would be approved from both) or he has to proceed further with only one employer?Please advise

I agree with Pooja. This is not allowed and with the new system they might actually identify people who file multiple applications. Please reach out to your attorney. This is the first time with the new system, so no one might have all the answers.
