Important Rfe At Nebraska - Very Urgent Please Reply

My H4 to H1 transfer was applied from Nebraska (PREMIUM PROCESSING). I got RFE saying "beneficiary status is dependent on <my husband's name > , hence asked to submit copy of approval notice for his employment and evidence that he is still employed with same company ".
BUT the Problem is his company has been acquired by another company but the amendment on this issue is still pending.
Is that ok if he submits new company's pay stub and pending receipt notice for amendment filed ?
Please let us know what are the other documents that need to be submitted ... PLEASE HELP US BY REPLYING .THIS IS VERY VERY URGENT.
