H1 Revalidation
Hello friends
Kindly help with the problems that are likely while going for a revalidation (stamping) at chennai consulate
I have to go for one in march but i am waiting for the petition which should be here anytime as my wife has already received her H4 petition.
For my case I will be glad if anyone could advise :
1. I own a car and a home in US.
2. I havent switched jobs since 2 years and
3. I am waiting for EAD ..
Kindly advise if there will be any problem in my case when I go for stamping.
Has anybody faced any untoward experiences?
Is the procedure same for new H1 visa seekers? Same documents required ?
