H1 and H4 stamping in Sydney AU for Indian passport
Hi All,
I needed some clarification and help regarding my situation.
I am working with a USA organization on H1B since 2015. I am currently in Australia for same organization (same payroll) since April 2018. My first H1 expired in 2018 october and it has been renewed again till 2021 September while i am still in Australia.
I'm planning to return to states in July ( or wherevewhenever covid situation improves) and I have booked appointment for me and my families visa stamping.
I just wanted to check if someone else was in same situation and would there be any issues in stamping because im here since last two years on deputation on USA payroll ?
I have done my masters in USA and im working with same organization since 2015 both in USA and in Australia.
please help.
