Moving daughter as dependent from my F1 to my wife's H1B

We came to the US in 2015 where I was on F1 and my wife and daughter were on F2. Recently, my wife secured her H1B independently. I am planning to shift my daughter from being my dependent to my wife's dependent. How do I do this? Can I file i539? All of us are in the US right now.
