H1B Visa Stamping

Hello guys, I am a Design Engineer who has an H1B visa that needs to be stamped. I make 68,000$ a year in Colorado and I work in the area of my education having done Masters in Electrical and Computer Engineering. I am planning on going to India to get my visa stamped this year and would like to know if its a good idea to do so considering my pay and that I am also the first person in the company to have been sponsored for the visa as well. I really appreciate your inputs.

H1 is for temporary workers. The skills & salary listed on the LCA must be paid. As long as your salary is at or greater than the LCA stated amount, you should not have a concern.
