I was laid off from my old company on March 2020. Applied for a new H1B transfer on 55th day of grace period and waiting for the decision. My i-94 is valid till 2021 .
Would I be able to file another H1 transfer before I get the decision on the current one?
In case if my current H1B is denied or RFE , what is my option?
