Part time H1B to full time H1b
I have part-time H1B (academic), which is expiring in 7 months. I have a full-time academic job offer. I know I do not need to wait until the H1B transfer is approved for the new employer. How fast I can start working on the new position with my part-time H1B, expiring date of H1B, and this current situation (COVID-19).
