I'm working on a non-profit(cap-exempt visa for Non-profit organization) H1b, Last year it got stamped as well. A private company filled cap-subject H1b, which has been selected in the lottery and under process.
1)Will immigration Ban impact on my cap-subject H1b?
2) Can I change my job non-profit to profit on h1 easily during this period?
3) Should I go for consular processing or Change of status?
