    H1 & H4 Visa renew

    Hi All,
    i am on valid H1B visa and my wife is on H4, my visa is going to expire on 12 September 2010. I have got it stamped in Chennai but my home town is Kolkata, because i was working in Bangalore so i went to Chennai. My question is..as my visa is going to expire in september do i have to go back to chennai to renew it or i can renew it in kolkata. Currently i am in USA.
    Also what are the procedures of renewal.

    Renewal stamping can be done from any U.S consulate.

        Complete the DS-160 for each visa applicant, book the appointment and carry the documents listed in the below link.
