need advice

Hi

My h1b has been refused by delhi consulate and has been send back to USCIS
..and USCIS has and email to my employer "INTEND TO REVOKE MY H1B"

and the reason the USCIS says my employment has not been confirmed by my client..

My question is ::In response to the INTEND TO REVOKE from USCIS my employer is going to open MTR...so in mean while can i file a new H1B

Please answer my question it would be a great help
