Hi,
My H1 expired in May 2009 and I didnot get a chance to leave the country till now. I have to india in July but haven't got the date yet. I keep visiting new delhi consulate site but I dont see the calendar yet. Fee and DS-160 is submitted few hours ago.
My first stamping was in ottawa, canada which went without any issues.
I work for company based in Ann Arbor and subcontracted to another company in Virginia. I live in virginia.
My company has filed for my Virginia LCA.
But I actually work for VA company's client in DC area.
Couple of questions -
If CO ask me where do I work should I say VA as my LCA is for VA?
I guess I should say my client is the VA company and should not refer anythiing about DC client?
Any recommendation as If I should go to India or Canada? I only have one week and I am concerned to get stuck for longer?
