I797 Approval Notice - Incorrect Start date

Hello All,
Please suggest if its ok to have a gap between the previous approval notice ‘end date’ and the current approval notice ‘start date’ for H1B renewal with the same client and same employer.

I797 end date: 1/8/2020 (old )
I797 start date: 5/29/2020 (new)
LCA start date : 9/29/2019- 9/28/2022
Petition request start date: 1/9/2020

The I-797 will have a receipt date, notice date and approval from / to date.
As long as the receipt date of the new petition is on or before 1/8/2020, you should not have any issues.
