Apply H1B Renewal from India

Hi,

I would like to have suggestions on my situation explained below.

My H1B renewal is approved only 1 yr till Dec 2010. Now I have an offer from Client to work from India from July 2010 to Dec 2010 (from Offshore office to perform as Tech Lead). I will have my paycheck running as normal with US address.

Can I apply for extension while I am working from India. If yes, will their be any problem at Visa stamping.

There should be no issues.
As long as you've pay stubs, W2 etc, it's fine.
