Valid H1B and student Visa for MS?

I am in India and my H1-b visa and petition both will expire in September 2020. I want to apply for MS in US for Fall 2021. I never worked in the USA on this visa. My employer is planning to apply for petition extension before it expires.

Answer: It is absolutely your choice. But, if you stick with studying Masters then better you can refuse.
