It’s already been more than 2 weeks since H1 Extension package was delivered to USCIS, but no receipt yet. My consultancy delayed sending the package early. What happens in case no receipt is received before my status expires in couple weeks.

It’s already been more than 2 weeks since H1 Extension package was delivered to USCIS, but no receipt yet. My consultancy delayed sending the package early. What happens in case no receipt is received before my status expires in couple weeks.
- Can we apply for premium processing now, so that I would at least get a receipt number and I won’t be out of status.
- Can Attorney contact USCIS for the receipt or can another application package be sent to USCIS.
