hello all,
This forum has always helped me and looking for one more suggestion. I am willing to file Wh4 against my employer but i am only scared about one thing that in my last project he showed 7+ years of experience which was ****. He told me that we need to show min 5+ years of experience but i do not have anything in written from him. I am scared that if i file WH4 against him, he might say to USCIS that i ****d my resume. Please help !!...thanks
