H1B transfers with two companies at the same time

I work for company A.
I got offer from company B and H1B transfer filed and in process(premium)
I got offer from company C.

Is it ok if I apply for H1B transfer with company C in parallel?

If company B's H1B is approved, is it ok if I apply for H1B transfer with company C again?

If I joing company B, I believe I should be providing H1B docs from company B to company C is still H1B is not filed in company C. Am I correct?

Hi,
Yes. You can file H1B petition with different employer. It is your choice which offer you will consider and proceed ahead. But, Once you finalize which Job offer you accept and which you are going to not consider, based on that sponsoring company will need to withdraw the other petition.
It is really very important action.
